Why Insights?
Insights is a BCBA-owned and operated practice dedicated to providing individualized, strength-based care. We embrace each child’s uniqueness and build treatment around their strengths. We are committed to the growth and success of every child we support—and equally invested in the well-being and development of our team.
We prioritize work/life balance, a positive work environment, paying a living wage, and offer meaningful opportunities for professional growth.
Insights is a place for people who live with purpose —if you love the science of ABA, are an advocate for children's mental health, and want to make a lasting impact and grow in a rewarding career—we may be the right place for you.
Professional Values
We believe that open communication fosters trust and transparency among team members, clients, and families, creating a supportive environment where everyone’s voice is heard. We value the diverse perspectives, experiences, and expertise each person brings to the table. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of accountability, taking responsibility for our actions and decisions to ensure ethical, effective, and compassionate care.
Work/Life Balance
We respect your time and energy. Caseloads are intentionally kept small to support work/life balance, meaningful client relationships, and high-quality care. We compensate all staff for all aspects of their work—both direct and indirect—and offer flexible scheduling that supports you as a person and a professional. We offer paid time off for full time employees, as well as paid holidays for all staff; both part and full time.
Work Environment
At Insights, we foster a positive and progressive work environment where every team member is treated as a respected professional. We believe that collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect are essential for both client success and staff well-being.
Professional Development
Professional development is an ongoing commitment. All team members receive monthly training, regular mentorship, and constructive feedback to support clinical excellence and professional growth.
Behavior Technicians receive comprehensive, hands-on training from day one, along with ongoing support as they grow in the field. BTs are supported in becoming RBT certified to ensure a strong foundation in ethical, effective care. Community and home-based providers are required to be RBTs and must meet additional competency standards that reflect our high expectations for quality.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Mental Health professionals have autonomy in selecting continuing education that supports their clinical interests and goals. We actively support their growth by covering the cost of CEUs and providing access to quality learning opportunities that expand both skill and perspective.
When we invest in our team, we empower them to provide the highest quality care for the families we serve.
