Job Duties:
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs.
Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care.
Provide care to parents of children with disabilities, both 1:1 and support group services.
Provide care to teens, both 1:1 services and facilitating youth mental health groups

Requirements:
(1) of the following: Master’s degree in social work (LCSW) or Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling (LCMHC)
Ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule to see patients in afternoon/early evening for after-school hours
At least one year of pediatric therapy/counseling experience
Preferably already paneled with insurance companies

Part Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Our caseloads are balanced so we can meet frequently with families for caregiver sessions, provide close supervision to technicians, and at times direct services to clients as a BCBA. Our team meets monthly for training and professional growth. We value your time and compensate for both direct and indirect activities.

We provide mentorship and supervision to new BCBAs. We tailor your caseload and meet frequently with you to support your professional growth.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and data collection methods
Strong understanding of principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented
Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA Certification (Required)
LBA (Required)
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Basic Life Support Certification (Preferred)
Part time Behavior Technician/Registered Behaviors Technician (RBT)
At this time we have part time hours (15-20 hours per week) available in the following locations: Benson, Clayton, Zebulon, Middlesex, Smithfield.
Behavior Tech/RBT responsibilities:
Implementing ABA treatment plans in a 1:1 teaching format, addressing skills acquisition and behaviors reduction programs.
Completing required documentation including (but not limited to) session data, SOAP-style session notes, and timesheets in a timely manner.
Participating in trainings related to ABA and autism.
Being punctual and reliable, showing up on time for all scheduled sessions.
Maintaining respect and confidentiality for all clients.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years of older.
Must be motivated, compassionate, and enjoy working with children.
At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and professionalism in collaborating with other service providers.
Pass criminal background check.
Must have valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
Basic Life Support Certification (preferred).
Currently certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (preferred).
Enrollment in an ABA Master’s Program (preferred).
